William M. Hennessey
Founder
Bill Hennessey grew up in St. Paul where he attended Cretin High School (now Cretin Derham Hall), the University of St. Thomas, and later William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law).
Bill has 20+ years of experience as a practicing attorney and enjoys helping clients with:
- estate planning
- probate
- business formation
- commercial leases
- commercial (B2B) debt collection practice with an emphasis on assisting subcontractors and suppliers preserving and enforcing mechanic’s lien and payment bond claims.
As a “qualified neutral” under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice, Bill can assist parties trying to work toward voluntary settlement agreements in mediation settings.
Bill enjoys trying to keep up with his son, traveling and cooking with his wife, and – in no particular order – hiking, fishing, canoeing, downhill skiing and tinkering with old vacuum tube amplifiers.
Bill currently serves as president of the Burnsville Lions Club where he has the good fortune of working with people committed to making their community a better place to live for everyone.
